YouTube’s ad revenues rise for first time in year as advertisers return
Streaming platform YouTube’s second-quarter ad revenues bucked the trend after rising year on year. Revenues derived from adverts rose by 4.4% to US$7.76bn, a positive trajectory following three consecutive quarters of decline.
